Our Lumineer Guides support and facilitate learning, providing guidance, encouragement, and resources without taking a traditional authoritative or hierarchical role. They are there to nurture curiosity and help each child reach their full potential.

Are there any formal assessments or exams?
We do not use traditional tests or exams. Instead, we focus on hands-on learning and fun, group-based assessments like quizzes to promote engagement and teamwork.
Will I need to provide a packed lunch for my child?
Yes, we ask that you provide your child with a healthy packed lunch (please avoid high-sugar snacks). We will hold group baking sessions most Wednesdays where a healthy snack will then be available for our Lumineers for that week. We'll plan these sessions in advance so you'll know what to provide for lunch.

Our safeguarding policies include background checks for all staff and volunteers, regular child protection training, and clear reporting processes. . Our premises are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure a safe, secure environment, and we follow strict guidelines for supervising children during sessions.
